This is Marie processing some organic mushrooms that she found in the open spaces behind our house. They taste really good because they're organic and because they're not just the usual white ones. I had no idea that the yellow and green ones were edible (more than once!). We also eat organic apples, pears and blackberries. Lucky us. |
